De metalen ring onderaan is te small. Hierdoor zit de siliconen houder te los. Dit heb ik opgelost met een extra o-ring boven de metalen ring. De houder blijft nu beter zitten. Ik heb hetzelfde product ook voor 1cup. Daar is de metalen ring breder en speelt het probleem niet. Verder vind ik het totaal van verzendkosten, invoerrechten en extra belastingen te hoog, maar dit ligt niet aan het product op zich.

Great product it keeps the water hotter than my ceramic and it doesn't absorb flavor like my plastic v60 does. I don't know why Hario doesn't export this to the USA. Thankfully, Quality Life Coffee will ship it to the US. No extra customs duties; it's included in the shipping costs, which were surprisingly less expensive than I thought they would be.
