9Barista MK2 & MK2 Pro: Key Upgrades and Product Description

9Barista MK2 Upgrades

• Improved boiler structure: Better heat transfer in the boiler for a more stable brewing temperature and a shorter preheating time.
• Optimised pressure control: A new pressure-regulating valve delivers more precise extraction pressure, always held within the ideal 9 to 10 bar range, for more consistent flavour.
• Upgraded seals: High-temperature, corrosion-resistant silicone rings last longer and need replacing less often.
• Ergonomic design: A redesigned handle and knob take less effort to operate, and an anti-scald design improves safety.
• Wider compatibility: A new quick-release base lets you switch between different stoves in one step with no extra adapter (a dedicated plate is still recommended for induction hobs).

9Barista MK2 Pro (Advanced Upgrade)

• Dual boiler system: Separate preheating and brewing boilers for faster preheating, more precise temperature control and back-to-back brewing with no waiting.
• Real-time pressure display: A built-in mechanical pressure gauge lets you monitor extraction at a glance; the top choice for serious enthusiasts.
• Adjustable shower screen: A multi-stage water dispersion design adapts to different roast levels and grind sizes to bring out the coffee's full range of flavours.
• Modular design: Removable parts for washing make maintenance easier and extend the machine's life.
• Smart timer alert: A built-in timer bell lets you control extraction time precisely for a perfect cup every time.
• Carry case: Comes with an insulated carry case for easy transport and storage.
