Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
• Customized or personalized products (e.g., special orders or made-to-order items)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale/discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have (once your return is approved) and place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason, without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Company-Specific Exchange Policy (Quality Life Coffee)
• Quality Life Coffee only offers a 7-day exchange service for defective items (calculated from the date of receipt). Exchanges are limited to items of the same price. To request an exchange, please complete the Exchange Application Form.
• Definition of Defective Item: Items with damaged packaging, scratches, or incomplete packaging caused during transportation.
• Exchanges will not be provided for items received more than 7 days ago unless there is a special reason and prior notice has been given.
• For exchanges, the item must be kept in perfect condition with no signs of having been opened or used.
• Please maintain the item in brand-new condition. Ensure that the main product, user manual, registration/warranty card, accessories, invoice, and all related parts are complete and returned together with the original packaging so that Quality Life Coffee can process your request.
• If an item is damaged, faulty, worn, scratched, dirty, or has incomplete packaging due to improper use, disassembly, or any human factors caused by the customer, or if any food product has been consumed, Quality Life Coffee reserves the right to charge a reasonable restoration fee or request compensation proportional to the value of the goods, depending on the condition of the returned item.
