If you choose delivery every two months, you will receive one selection every two months.

One-time orders are prepared and dispatched with the same month-end subscription batch.

When Will I Be Charged, and When Will My Coffee Arrive?

Order Cut-Off: 11:59 pm on the 25th of Each Month
The cut-off is in Hong Kong time. If your first purchase is after the cut-off, your first order will be dispatched at the end of the following month. Order before the cut-off to join the current month's batch.

Automatic Renewal at Your Chosen Frequency
Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged on the 25th of each month. For subscriptions every two months, check your next charge date on the subscription management page.

Roasted at Month-End, Dispatched on the Last Day of the Month
We roast during the final week of each month and dispatch on the last day. Delivery to Hong Kong and Macau usually takes around 1–2 days after dispatch, depending on the courier.
One-time purchases also ship at month-end: This plan is prepared in a dedicated batch and is not dispatched immediately after ordering. Contact us first if you need your coffee by a particular date.
Before You Subscribe
How Do the Pour-Over and Espresso Selections Differ?
The default pour-over selection contains 5 single-origin coffees, 100 g each, 500 g in total, mainly light and medium-light roasts.
For the espresso selection, write "Espresso selection" in the order notes in your cart. We will replace it with 3 bags of medium-dark roast coffee, 200 g each, 600 g in total.
Can You Grind the Coffee for Me?
Yes. Write "Please grind" in the order notes in your cart and tell us your brewing method or equipment model. We supply whole beans unless grinding is requested.
If you are unsure, contact us first and tell us which equipment you use.
Which Coffees Will I Receive?
The pour-over selection features 5 single-origin coffees chosen from seasonal arrivals. Origins, processes and flavours vary with each selection. Contact us before buying if you have particular flavour preferences.
Can I Pause, Change or Cancel My Subscription?
Manage your subscription through your account, or contact us on WhatsApp for help.
Check your next charge date before making changes. If you have already been charged for the current delivery, contact us to confirm how that order will be handled.
Can I Brew the Coffee as Soon as It Arrives?
Try a small brew first, then adjust for the coffee, roast level and brewing method. Resting times vary. Refer to the roast date on the packaging and the brewing advice for that selection.
