Brewing Guide
Step 1: Take the drip bag out of its packaging, hold the top edge and shake the grounds below the tear line, then tear it open along the line
Step 2: Pull the two paper handles apart and hook them over the rim of your cup
Step 3: Pour just enough hot water (about 85 to 95°C) to wet all the grounds and let them bloom for 20 to 25 seconds
Step 4: Continue pouring in a thin, steady stream, moving in small circles so the whole bed is evenly saturated and every ground is fully extracted
Step 5: Keep pouring until you have about 150 to 180 ml, then enjoy your cup!
