E71 Ethiopia Washed Sidama Twakok G1

About This Bean

From Sidama, Ethiopia, at 2,000 m+: Heirloom, G1, Washed, lot 26/01. Washing makes the lemon peel and Earl Grey-style bergamot even cleaner; the light roast keeps the sweetness of peach gummy and lychee. Best for pour-over with a dripper.
