HARIO Polaris Coffee Scale – Black / White

The HARIO Polaris is a high-precision coffee scale designed for coffee lovers and professional baristas. From the well-known Japanese brand HARIO, it offers a range of excellent features that take your coffee brewing to the next level.

• Innovative Ratio Function

Shows the right water-to-coffee ratio directly, and lets you set your preferred ratio manually.

• Percentage Display

Visualises your pouring progress, so you no longer need to work out how much water to add for each pour. See at a glance the ratio each pour should reach, and stay in control all the way to 100%.

• Know Exactly How Much Water You Need

Work out the brew ratio your recipe needs right on the scale, so fewer cups come out too strong or too weak.
