HARIO Switch Ceramic Immersion Dripper 02 – Celadon Crackle Glaze

When traditional Japanese celadon meets cutting-edge extraction technology. This special-edition HARIO Switch dripper forgoes the usual clear resin or white ceramic in favour of a highly collectible celadon crackle glaze. The crackle pattern on every dripper is one of a kind, revealing a warm, jade-like texture and depth as the light shifts.

Key Features:

• Dual-mode extraction (Switch technology): The base has a patented stainless steel ball and switch. Closed, it brews by immersion for full, stable, layered flavour; open, it returns to the classic V60 flow for pour-over percolation, bringing out clean, bright acidity.

• Crackle-glaze ceramic craftsmanship: The distinctive celadon glaze is not only beautiful; ceramic's excellent heat retention also keeps the temperature stable throughout extraction.

• Spiral rib design: Carried over from the classic HARIO V60, the spiral ribs let air escape so the coffee grounds can fully expand and breathe during both immersion and percolation.

• For beginners and experts alike: Immersion mode greatly reduces the need for pour-over technique, so even beginners can easily brew a high-quality, foolproof cup.
