Dry aroma with sweet-tart notes of cranberry, roselle, plum and hawthorn. On the palate, tangy cranberry juice, raspberry and candied roselle lead the cup, with redcurrant, roselle tea and a touch of blackcurrant emerging in the mid-palate and finish; bright acidity, sweet-tart and juicy.
