Highlights
The Kalita Measuring Spoon Blast L is made in Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, Japan, from stainless steel sandblasted to a matte silver-grey. It has low glare and is less prone to fingerprints; the long handle reaches into deep canisters and bean bags, and the deep round bowl scoops easily and pours neatly into the dripper.
A level scoop holds approx. 10 g, matching Kalita's usual one-cup measure. The handle is engraved with Kalita and has a hanging hole at the end. Quality-checked to Tsubame's metalworking standards, it is an everyday pour-over tool from TSUBAME & Kalita.
