P77 Panama Esmeralda Special Geisha Natural El Velo Porton

Esmeralda Special (Red Label)

Red Label comes from the very best plots across Esmeralda's farms, including those in Jaramillo, Canas Verde and El Velo, at 1,600 to 1,800 m. Every lot must score above 90 points at the cupping table. Each lot is traced not just to its individual farm but right down to the plot, then goes through a strict cupping selection, so every single lot is smaller than one bag. Each year a small number of Red Label lots are chosen for the estate's own auction, one of the highlights of the specialty coffee calendar.
