When Am I Charged? When Will My Coffee Arrive?

Orders close at 11:59 pm on the 25th of each month
The cut-off is based on Hong Kong time. If your first purchase is made after the cut-off, your first shipment will go out at the end of the following month. To receive your beans at the end of the current month, please order before the cut-off.

Renews Automatically at Your Chosen Frequency
Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged on the 25th of each month. If you subscribe every two months, check your next billing date on the subscription management page.

Roasted at Month-End, Shipped on the Last Day of the Month
We roast in the last week of each month and ship on the last day of the month. Deliveries to Hong Kong and Macau usually arrive in about 1 to 2 days after dispatch; actual times depend on the courier.
One-off purchases also ship at month-end: this plan is prepared in dedicated batches and isn't shipped immediately after you order. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact customer service first.
Things to Know Before You Subscribe
What's the Difference Between the Pour-Over and Espresso Plans?
The default pour-over plan is 5 single-origin coffees, 100 g each, 500 g in total, mainly light and medium-light roasts.
For the espresso plan, write "Espresso plan" in the checkout notes and we'll swap it for 3 bags of medium-dark roast beans, 200 g each, 600 g in total.
No Grinder? Can You Grind the Beans for Me?
Yes. Write "Please grind" in the checkout notes and tell us your brewing method or equipment model so we can set the grind for you. If nothing is specified, we'll send whole beans.
Not sure what to choose? Contact customer service first and tell us what brewing equipment you use.
Which Coffees Will I Receive Each Time?
The pour-over plan features 5 single-origin coffees chosen from the season's new arrivals. Origins, processes and flavours depend on each box's selection. If you have particular taste preferences, please check with customer service before buying.
Can I Pause, Change or Cancel My Subscription?
Yes. Log in to the subscription management page in your account, or contact our WhatsApp customer service for help.
Please check your next billing date before making changes. If the current cycle has already been charged, please check with customer service how that order will be handled.
Can I Brew Right Away?
You can start with a small test brew, then adjust for the coffee, roast level and brewing method. Different coffees need different resting times, so please refer to the roast date on the bag and this box's brewing suggestions.
