How to Brew
Step 1: Take the drip bag out of its outer packaging, hold it by the top edge and shake the coffee down below the fold line, then tear it open along the line.
Step 2: Pull open the two paper hangers on the filter and hook them over the rim of your cup.
Step 3: Pour in just enough hot water (approx. 85 to 95°C) to soak the grounds, then let them bloom for approx. 20 to 25 seconds.
Step 4: Keep pouring hot water in a thin, steady stream, moving in small circles to wet the surface evenly so every bit of coffee is fully extracted.
Step 5: Stop once you have approx. 150 to 180 ml, then enjoy a rich, aromatic cup of coffee!
