The 80-grid precise scale design adjustment ring features 80 grids, which is twice the original scale, providing more delicate and precise grinding adjustments, allowing for a more perfect control of coffee taste.
The precise size design of the adjustment ring has a diameter of 61.5mm, an outer diameter of 57.2mm after installation, and a height of 13mm. It perfectly matches the C40 bean grinder, ensuring a stable installation.
The main body of the high-strength material is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with sandblasting and anodic oxidation, which is wear-resistant and has an outstanding texture. It is equipped with a stainless steel SUS420 magnetic spindle to enhance durability.
The complete component design includes lifting screws, a central shaft, limit screws, scale limit rings, positioning balls X3 and bearings X2, all of which are made of stainless steel to ensure accurate positioning during each grinding adjustment.
It is equipped with two fixed fluororubber rings (FKM) and two internal damping nylon rings for a secure seal, effectively preventing vibration and sliding, ensuring more stable operation.
The lightweight and sturdy adjustment ring assembly weighs 132g, with 249g including packaging. It is both durable and lightweight, making it convenient to carry around and use for a long time.
