From Finca Bellavista in Nariño, Colombia, at 2,300 m+: Geisha, single origin. The very high altitude gives fine acidity and clear sweetness; yeast-assisted anaerobic fermentation brings out creamy notes and layers of flowers and fruit, and the light roast preserves the jasmine and orange peel. Best for pour-over with a dripper.
