Esmeralda Special Red Label
Red Label lots come from the very best plots across Esmeralda's farms, including those in Jaramillo, Canas Verde and El Velo, at 1,600 to 1,800 m. Each lot must cup at 90 points or above, and is traced not just to an individual farm but right down to the plot it grew on, then goes through a rigorous cupping selection, so every single lot is smaller than one bag. Each year a small number of Red Label lots are selected for the estate's own auction, a highlight of the specialty coffee calendar. This year our Red Label lot has arrived ahead of the auction, so if you love top-tier flavour, don't miss this chance!

Dry aroma of lemon peel, peach, pomelo and bergamot. On the palate, lemon peel, bergamot and citron tea likewise lead the cup, with honey and jasmine; sweet and delicate.
