The new Bialetti Brikka is made in Europe by Bialetti, the original inventor of the mocha pot.
The easiest way to prepare coffee: use a measuring cup, fill the pot with water, put the filter back in, put in the ground coffee, close the pot and leave it on the stove until the water starts to boil, then turn off the heat and wait for the coffee to extract completely.
Correct number of espresso cups: Coffee can be enjoyed in espresso cups or larger containers, Brikka offers 2 sizes 2 cups of 3.4 oz (approx. 100.5 ml) espresso and 4 cups of 5.7 oz (approx. 168.6 ml) espresso.
