When will I be charged and receive my coffee?

Monthly order cutoff: the 25th at 11:59 pm
The cutoff is based on Hong Kong time. If you purchase after the cutoff time, your first delivery will be at the end of next month.

Automatic renewal at your selected frequency
Monthly subscriptions renew on the 25th of each month. If you choose delivery every two months, check your subscription management page for your next billing date.

Roasted at month-end, dispatched on the last day
We roast during the final week of the month and dispatch on the last day of the month. Delivery to Hong Kong and Macau usually takes 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Actual delivery times depend on the courier.
One-time purchases also ship at month-end. This selection is prepared in dedicated batches and is not dispatched immediately after ordering. If you need your coffee by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.
Before you subscribe
What is the difference between the filter and espresso selections?
The default filter coffee selection contains 5 single-origin coffees, 100g each, 500g in total. These are mainly light and medium-light roasts.
If you prefer espresso, please write "Espresso selection" in your order notes at checkout. We will replace the filter selection with 3 bags of medium-dark roasted coffee, 200g each, 600g in total.
Can you grind the coffee for me?
Yes. Please write "Please grind my coffee" in your order notes at checkout and include your brewing method or equipment model. Coffee is supplied as whole beans unless grinding is requested.

Which coffees will I receive?
The filter selection features 5 single-origin coffees chosen from seasonal arrivals. Origins, processing methods and flavour profiles vary with each selection. If you have particular taste preferences, please contact us before purchasing.
Can I pause, change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Sign in to your account and visit the subscription management page, or contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Please check your next billing date before making changes. If payment has already been taken for the current delivery, contact us to confirm how that order can be handled.
Can I brew the coffee as soon as it arrives?
You can start with a small test brew and adjust according to the coffee, roast level and brewing method. Resting time varies between coffees. Please refer to the roast date on the bag and the brewing recommendations for your selection.
