Ultra-Fast Flow, New Extraction Possibilities: Sibarist FAST Filters
Why Do Top Baristas Use Sibarist? A Sibarist FAST filter isn't just a sheet of paper; it's the game-changing tech that will transform your pour-over recipes. Developed and made in Barcelona, Spain, these filters use world-leading permeability technology and flow approx. 27% to 40% faster than ordinary filters on the market.
Key Features and Benefits:
-
⚡ Ultra-fast drawdown, no over-extraction: Highly permeable fibres let you try a finer grind size without worrying about the dripper choking. This helps you extract more sweetness while keeping the cup clean and crisp.
-
🌿 100% organic materials: Made from a blend of abaca (Manila hemp), European pine fibre and plant-based PLA, with no bleaching agents, ensuring zero papery taste and faithfully preserving the origin character of specialty beans.
-
🏆 Championship-grade tool: A frequent sight at the World Brewers Cup (WBrC), it's the secret weapon several world champions use to boost clarity and complexity.
-
📦 Resealable, fresh-keeping packaging: Comes in a resealable zip bag that protects the filters from humidity and odours, keeping every cup clean.
