- With the FAST version: Because it flows so quickly, we recommend grinding a little finer than usual and boldly trying a higher water temperature. This greatly improves extraction efficiency, adding sweetness and body without easily producing unpleasant bitterness.
- With the B3 version: Keep your usual specialty coffee grind size; its special fibre structure will bring out higher extraction and fuller body for you.
