Aroma: Bright, exuberant pineapple, citrus and bergamot with a fresh fragrance.

Flavour: Lively tropical fruit (pineapple, peach, lychee) up front, followed by the florals and citrus acidity typical of Ethiopian coffee. Distinctly tea-like, with bright, clean acidity and a gentle fruit-tea sweetness on the finish.

Mouthfeel: Light, bright and strongly tea-like; the acidity is lively but never sharp.

Finish: Long-lasting pineapple sweetness that leaves you feeling refreshed.

Medium Roast (Recommended for Pour-Over / Espresso / Milk Coffee)

Aroma: Ripe peach, butter, roasted nuts and tropical fruit intertwine over a light base of chocolate and caramel.

Flavour: Round and smooth on entry, opening with a buttery texture and sweet, ripe peach and lychee. The pineapple stays clear and the acidity is soft, while the tea-like character mellows into a gentle fruit tea, with a balance of light chocolate and nuts in the mid-palate.

Mouthfeel: Medium-high body, smooth and round, with soft acidity that is never sharp.

Finish: Fruity sweetness intertwined with creaminess; a clean, lingering finish.
