Esmeralda belongs to the best plots of the estate, including the farms in Jaramillo, Canas Verde and El Velo, at an altitude of 1,600-1,800 meters, with a score of 90 or more in the cup test, each batch is not only subdivided and traced back to the individual farms, but also to the parcels to which it belongs, and then undergoes a rigorous cup testing and screening process, so that a single lot is smaller than a bag.
