🌟 Goodbye Papery Taste, Hello Ultimate Clarity! Alpha Lyocell High-Flow Pour-Over Filter Papers
Calling all pour-over lovers and specialty coffee enthusiasts! Alpha has just launched its new Lyocell fibre high-flow filter papers, breaking through the flow-rate and flavour limits of traditional wood-pulp filters.
Made from innovative bio-based Lyocell fibre, they have very high porosity and an even, fine texture. They filter out micro-fines perfectly while delivering a remarkably fast flow rate and zero papery taste, so you can fully extract the bright acidity and clean floral and fruity notes of specialty beans!
💡 Key Advantages
✨ Innovative Lyocell Fibre
Made from eco-friendly bio-based material with fibres far more uniform than traditional filter papers, they eliminate annoying papery taste at the source. No need for the tedious step of rinsing the filter: you get the purest taste of your coffee straight away.
⚡ High Porosity for Super-Fast Flow
Designed for brewers who want fast flow and a very clean extraction. The high porosity keeps water flowing freely without clogging, helping to avoid the bitterness of over-extraction.
🎯 Fine Texture for Precise Filtration
Despite the fast flow, the fine, even fibre structure traps fines precisely, giving a clearer, crystal-bright cup with well-defined layers.
📐 Perfect Fit for V60 Cone Drippers
Designed for 60° cone drippers, they fit the HARIO V60, star-rib drippers, the CT60 and other cone drippers perfectly. Available in two sizes, 01 (1 to 2 cups) and 02 (1 to 4 cups), to suit different brewing needs.
