The Ko-Imari Nishiki Plum bone china coffee dripper carries on more than 400 years of Arita ware culture. It takes its cue from the Ko-Imari painted style that was shipped from the port of Imari to countries across Europe and became all the rage. On the high-fired bone china glaze, a sprig of winter plum blossom springs to life, its flowers full and its branches proud and unbending. Even those new to Arita ware can feel the beauty of its open white space.
