Sanyo ABACA Coffee Filter is made from 80% mixed pulp of Manila hemp (Musa textilis), which is planted for a short period of time and is resistant to weather and pests. Manila hemp can be planted in large quantities without chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and is used as a raw material for filter paper instead of wood, reducing the consumption of forest resources and not creating an environmental burden.
