HARIO × Kinshodo · Mount Fuji · SWITCH 02
Artisan Coffee Moments on Mount Fuji
HARIO V60 Switch immersion dripper × Kinshodo of Arita, Saga. The outline of Mount Fuji is hand-painted by artisans, and the Lin glaze changes colour with the light. Works for both immersion and pour-over, approx. 200 ml.
The Collaboration Story
Kinshodo is based in Arita, Saga Prefecture, Japan, and carries on the Arita ware tradition. Its signature line, Lin, is known for a metallic lustre glaze whose colour and brightness shift as the angle and light change. This collaboration brings Mount Fuji imagery together with the HARIO Switch: the mountain line on each cup is painted by an artisan, so slight variations are a normal part of handmade work.
How to Brew
Immersion
Close the switch to steep
Steep the grounds in hot water, then open the switch to let the coffee flow through. A steady rhythm that makes it easy to reproduce the same cup.
Pour-Over
Open the switch to use it as a V60
Keep the switch open for conical pour-over brewing; the spiral ribs on the inner wall help drainage.
Four Limited-Edition Colours
Gosu Blue
A traditional blue-and-white, cobalt blue glaze.
Ai-Kobicha
A tea green with a hint of blue (kobicha tone).

Usage and Care
- Keep out of the microwave and oven and away from open flames. Hand washing is recommended for ceramics; avoid knocks.
- The silicone base and switch can be removed for cleaning; wash with mild detergent and dry with a soft cloth.
- Don't force the switch ball valve; if it sticks, rinse it clean before operating it again.
- The hand-painted mountain line and glaze colour vary slightly from piece to piece, which is normal for artisan handmade work.
