The HARIO V60 NEO is a fresh upgrade to the classic V60, with 72 ultra-fine spiral ribs that converge into 9 ribs at the base for faster, cleaner extraction while keeping sweetness and clarity. It suits everyday pour-over and professional testing at 1 to 2 or 2 to 4 cups.

• Body in PCT resin (Tritan) with a silicone base: lightweight, heat-resistant and drop-resistant; the handle-free, all-black design is easier to store and clean.
• Removable base works with the immersion switch accessory, so you can explore different flavour profiles, from classic pour-over to hybrid and immersion brewing.

Brewing Guide (Starting Point; NEO 01)
• Dose 12 to 18 g, brew ratio 1:15 to 1:16; medium-fine grind (adjust to suit the beans).
• Pour mainly in two to three short pulses, total time approx. 2:00 to 2:30; adjust grind size and water temperature to balance sweetness and clarity.
• To slow the flow for more body, grind slightly finer or pre-wet the filter paper more thoroughly to add resistance; you can also add the immersion switch for a hybrid method.
