How to use
Rinsing in reverse (each brewing head)
1.
1. Add 1/2 teaspoon (about 3 grams) of CAFIZA Cleaning Powder to the blind filter basket.
2. Insert the filter basket into the brewing head and start the brewing cycle for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times.
3. Remove the filter basket and rinse the filter basket with water from the rinse head.
4. Insert the filter basket into the rinse head again, start the rinse cycle for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times.
5. Brew and discard one cup of espresso to ensure no residue.
Steeping
1. Add 1 teaspoon (6 grams) of CAFIZA Cleansing Powder to 1 liter of hot water.
2. Soak the brewing handle and metal filter in water for 30 minutes.
3. Rinse with clean water.
