The design of the filter cup is inspired by the coastal scenery of Kujukuri Hama, Chiba Prefecture, where Mr. Sakaguchi's coffee roasting studio is located. The filter cups are dyed in a "sunrise gradient" design, and the color of the silicone is inspired by "sandy beaches," creating a sense of being in the sun and sipping coffee in the sea breeze. The filter cups are made one by one by craftsmen in Arita-cho, Saga Prefecture, the home of Arita-yaki, which has a history of 400 years.
