★A Useful Filter Holder
1: Pour in 30ml of hot water and soak for about 30 seconds. (Steaming step)
※It is recommended to start the timer before pouring hot water.
2: Then pour in another 30ml and wait for 30 seconds.
3: Pour another 30ml and wait for 30 seconds.
4: Then pour 180ml.
*Pour the water in the center as much as possible.
5: After 2 minutes, pour another 10 ml, totaling 280 ml so far.
6: After a total of about three and a half minutes, remove the filter cup and stop the filter extraction.
※This time, the single extraction volume is about 220~240ml.
★B Hand-held
When extracting with a hand-held method, it is estimated to be more similar to using a coffee filter cloth.
With 20 grams of coffee beans, it takes only 3 minutes and 30 seconds to extract about 220~240 ml of coffee.
At the beginning, steam slowly, and then pour in 200ml of water at a time, so as to avoid extracting the bitter flavor.
