C58 Colombia Los Patios Geisha Honey Peach Coffee Beans - Light Roast
An intensely peach-forward Geisha with a silky, tea-like finish.
Ripe peach and juicy peach sweetness lead the cup, layered with the delicate floral character of Geisha. The finish is smooth and refined, with a black-tea-like texture that keeps the cup elegant despite its intense fruit character.

Geisha × Peach Co-Fermentation
This Geisha undergoes Peach Co-Fermentation followed by Honey processing. The process amplifies its ripe peach character while complementing the naturally delicate floral qualities of the Geisha variety, creating a distinctive combination of peach sweetness, florals and tea-like elegance.
Los Patios is a coffee processing and drying facility operated by Coffee Quest in Gigante, Huila. Established in 2022, the facility works with coffee cherries collected from producers in the surrounding area, focusing on improved processing, quality control and experimental fermentation techniques.

Brewing
For pour-over, start with 15g of coffee to 240g of water at 92–93°C using a medium-fine grind, then adjust to suit your brewer and taste. Avoid excessive temperature or extraction if you want to keep the peach sweetness vivid and clean. For personalised brewing parameters, try our AI Barista or use our Coffee Extraction Troubleshooter.
For dispatch, resting, storage and grinding information, please see our FAQ. Coffee is an agricultural product, and flavour may vary between harvests, lots, roasting and brewing methods.
