Colombia Cauca Lychee Clarity
Sweet lychee stands out in a clean, floral cup.
Lychee and lychee tea lead, followed by the light sweetness of peach jelly and the soft tang of lemon custard. Rose and bergamot florals come through on the finish, and the cup stays very clean. If you love lychee, florals and a crisp tea-like feel, this one is for you.
Geisha × Wine Yeast Washed
In a wine yeast washed process, winemaking yeast is added during fermentation to steer how it develops, and the coffee is then washed and dried. The added yeast concentrates fruity and floral aromas, while washing keeps the cup clean. Please note that part of the lychee and fruit character comes from the yeast fermentation, rather than being a typical natural flavour of coffee.
