Colombia Granja La Esperanza Hanashaku
Layers of purple grape and wine, like sipping plum wine.
Grape, blueberry and winey notes lead, with the deep sweetness of raisin and purple grape on the palate. Mango, peach, florals and CHOYA plum wine come through in the mid to late palate, with a full, bold body. If you love rich, fruity and winey Geisha, this one is a real treat.
Geisha × Natural
In a natural process, whole coffee cherries are dried with the skin and fruit still on, and hulled afterwards. During drying, sugars and aromas from the fruit move into the bean, giving deeper fruit sweetness, winey notes and a fuller body, layered over Geisha's natural florals.
Café Granja La Esperanza is in Valle del Cauca, Colombia, and is led by producer Rigoberto Herrera. Hanashaku is a lot made from the farm's natural Geisha.
