R57 Costa Rica Central Valley Kinka Bear Yellow Honey Lot 26/01
R57 · COSTA RICA CENTRAL VALLEY KINKA BEAR CATUAI VILLA SARCHI YELLOW HONEY
Costa Rica Central Valley Kinka Bear
Fresh citrus and orange peel, with a smooth, juicy cup.
Citrus, orange peel and grapefruit lead with bright, juicy acidity, and plum adds a soft sweetness in the middle. The finish turns to hazelnut and toffee, with a smooth mouthfeel. If you like clean, lively acidity with a nutty-sweet finish, this is an easy everyday cup.
Catuai × Yellow Honey
In honey processing, the cherry skin is removed and part of the sticky fruit layer is left on the beans while they dry. Yellow honey keeps less of that layer and dries more quickly, so the cup is cleaner and brighter than red or black honey, while still sweeter and rounder than washed coffee. Here, that shows as citrus acidity paired with toffee sweetness.
